Thursday thrill!!

good morning dudes and dudets!

how are you all? so today my morning mantra starts up with fighting for your rights!
yes!! well many times it so happens that we deserve some rights but because of other's dominance over it we just cut it off! well lets get in the picture..

so today it so happened that i went to our university's reading chambers... and i wasnt allowed coz some guys were sitting there even when that place was allotted to my branch and first prefrence to girls! well normally i avoid fights but inspite of some humble requests nothing happened. so i was directed to another section by the caretaker. well i went there but still they were having some issues and so i went straight to the head librarian, filled a complaint and got them into making me a free space to study! well, yes it wasted my 30 mins around but then it was for what i had to had!

my point here is not my bravery.... its a message that never stay silent to injustice. if you pay for something ask for it being shameless! because till you dont ask, the answer is always a "no!".

well that was all for today's morning mantra-"BE BRAVE TO FIGHT YOUR OWN BATTLES FOR YOUR OWN RIGHTS!"


now from the techbizz today, i have a news to discuss about the flipkart's CEO - binny bansal and his resignation..

Several months after Walmart bought Flipkart, the group CEO at the e-retail firm is leaving with immediate effect. Flipkart Group CEO Binny Bansal has resigned, allegedly following a probe into "serious personal misconduct".

Update: Some more information has come in regarding the resignation of Binny Bansal. CNBC, citing unnamed sources, claims that in late July allegation of sexual assault was made against Binny by someone who is not part of Flipkart. This matter was investigated by a law firm that was hired by Walmart and Flipkart. Binny, meanwhile, has spoken to the Economic Times. He reportedly told the business daily that he was leaving because even though allegations against him were turned out to be false, he could not continue to be the Group CEO after such charges were leveled against him. He also told the ET that he would continue to hold Flipkart shares and would continue to be a member of board of directors.

hope you are doing good. sorry for this much delay... your BJ AziZA was busy grabbing memories. well well am back! and so is this beautiful morning. you know even maybe being a night person i love the aura of winter mornings. It plays the tune of magic isnt it! have you ever been to a place in chilly winter morning? if not ; go for it now! universe demands your attention towards it! well so as i was saying... i was on this morning heading to my study space when i realised how beautiful it is! i mean its not my first morning but it was so enduring that i couldn't control but share with you guys. the mild rising sun felt like the kiss from the nature. the wind and specially its sweet aroma (fragrance) took me to yet another level of rejuvenation...well this blog isnt big enough but one thought from it! --> feel the nature as it has immense to give!

A Little Step Of Kindness

Today i met this awesome lady miles away from my hometown. She is a localite here in kerela and works on her paddy fields for a living. kerela is a very hot state. situated close to equator this state experiences curses of sun at times. I was so touched by this small act of this lady. there are many labors who work on construction sites nearby of rebuilding the local roads of kerela which were washed away by floods which destructed kerela few months ago. this lady in the scorching sun pours water on the roads to keep them a little cooler for the labors to work. not only that she gives free buttermilk and cold water to them too. its not a difficult task to give some water to somebody in the evergreen state like kerela yet looking to this minute need of others touched me. she is doing her bit. are we? yes, we cannot change the whole world but we  can surely do our bit to help others. by donating, by helping, by sharing knowledge.... a bit of all can create a huge difference! if you helped someone a bit also today feel happy! as u r doing something to create this world: a better place to live... if you haven't then go ahead ; you still have time to be a part!

Google Reportedly Planning to Discontinue and Replace Unlock With Voice Match Feature on Android Devices

google appears set to remove and replace a feature that let Android users unlock their devices using their voice. Unlock with Voice Match, a security feature that lets users to simply use their voice to unlock their smartphone, may soon be discontinued. A recent report has claimed that the feature will soon be removed by Google on all Android devices. It is being considered to be not too secure "a similar voice or recording of your voice" could unlock Android devices and eventually provide access to other users.

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari: A Fable About Fulfilling Your Dreams & Reaching Your Destiny, by Robin Sharma, is an interesting book — as the subtitle suggests, it’s a fable, and it’s one that will certainly make you give some thought to your life, your goals, your dreams and how your daily habits help you reach those dreams. In other words, right up the Zen Habits alley.

The Concepts
The core of the book is the Seven Virtues of Enlightened Learning, which Mantle reveals one by one. Now, although the book presents them as actual Virtues learned from Himalayan gurus, it’s important to remember as you read that these are made up by the author — actually, he pulled them from other sources and put them together:

1. master your mind
2. follow your purpose
3. practice kaizen
4. live with discipline
5. respect your time
6. selflessly serve others
7. embrace the present

Each of these Virtues is discussed in some detail in separate chapters, each of them with a number of concepts and habits to develop. Most of them are very inspiring and potentially very useful. After reading the book, I incorporated several of them into my life, including the ones that involve positive thinking, visualizing goals and more.
